General Information
Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please understand that there may be delays due to arena events.
Tracking is included for all orders. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
Please allow up to 12 weeks for delivery for all customized orders.
We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover credit cards. All online orders paid by credit card are processed on a secure server.
Prices on CarolinaProShop.com are subject to change without notice.
Should the item you ordered not be available, you will only be charged for the items shipped to you by Carolina Pro Shop. We reserve the right to refuse delivery or limit quantities of any product ordered.

Carolina Hurricanes Season Ticket Member Discount
Carolina Hurricanes Season Ticket Member discount may be applied at CarolinaProShop.com. To receive discount, please register an account on CarolinaProShop.com using the same email associated with your STM account. After signing into your account, prices on CarolinaProShop.com will then reflect your discount. STM discount is only applicable on regularly priced items; we reserve the right to exclude clearance and specialty items from STM discounts.

Hours of Operation for The Eye
The Eye, official team store of the Carolina Hurricanes at PNC Arena, is currently operating during normal store hours. The store will be open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. and on Saturday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. The store is closed on Sunday. Hours of operation may be adjusted during visiting events and shows.

Order Cancellation Reasons
We will be unable to fulfill your order if one of the following scenarios takes place:
- Out of stock: The item you purchased is no longer available when we proceed to ship your order.
- Customized Jersey Requirements: Any customized jersey order may not be fulfilled if in violation of one of the following requirements:
- Team Licensing Restrictions
- No slang phrases or profanity will be accepted
- We cannot customize any retired Hurricanes jersey names and numbers (FRANCIS #10, or WESLEY #2)
If we are unable to process your order, we will cancel and refund your item.
