Can I Use My Season Ticket Member (STM) Discount Through Carolina Pro Shop?

Carolina Hurricanes Season Ticket Member discount may be applied at CarolinaProShop.com.

To receive discount, please register an account on CarolinaProShop.com using the same email associated with your STM account. After signing into your account, prices on CarolinaProShop.com will then reflect your discount. STM discount is only applicable on regularly priced items; we reserve the right to exclude clearance and specialty items from STM discounts.

What Are Valid Methods of Payment?

We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover credit cards. All online orders paid by credit card are processed on a secure server.
Can I Return a Customized Jersey or a Clearance Item?

ALL custom jerseys and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping
How Are Shipping Orders Processed?

Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) UNLESS your order contains a custom jersey. Please note that turnaround time for order fulfillment may be subject to delays during peak seasons of engagement (Holiday Seasons, Playoffs/Finals/Championships).

Tracking is included for all orders. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Should the item you ordered not be available, you will only be charged for the items shipped to you by Carolina Pro Shop. We reserve the right to refuse delivery or limit quantities of any product ordered.
What Are The Shipping Rates?

US Domestic flat shipping rates: Standard USPS Shipping: $6.99

USPS Priority Shipping: $9.99 & up, depending on weight of items purchased.

Canadian flat shipping rate: $24.99 & up, depending on weight of items purchased.*Customer may be required to pay additional duty, taxes and brokerage fees upon receipt.

European and Chinese shipping rates: $54.99 for all orders up to 10 pounds*Customer may be required to pay duty, taxes and brokerage fess upon receipt.

Australian shipping rate: $70 for all orders up to 10 pounds*Customer may be required to pay duty, taxes and brokerage fees upon receipt.

How Quickly Can I Expect My Local Pickup Order to be Fulfilled?

Pickup orders are typically fulfilled within 4 business days UNLESS your order contains a custom jersey. 
What If My Order Contains a Customized Jersey?

Local pickup orders that include a customized jersey will be fulfilled within 4 business days of the jersey's return from the customization vendor (4-6 weeks).
Where & When Can I Come In To Pickup My Order?

Pickup orders can be picked up at The Carolina Pro Shop at the Lenovo Center (south side of the arena), have your order number available. 

The Carolina Pro Shop, official team store of the Carolina Hurricanes at the arena, operates with the following hours:

In-Season (October to End of Scheduled Games) - Monday-Friday 10AM-5PM & Saturday 12PM-4PM (if no events onsite at Lenovo Center or Carter Finley)

Off-Season (June-September) - Monday-Friday 10AM-4PM, Saturday & Sunday- CLOSED

Please note all hours are subject to change based on events held at the Lenovo Center and Carter-Finley Stadium.
Can Someone Else Pick Up My Order For Me?

Yes! You can have a family member or friend pick up your order. We ask that you provide this individual with the order number, your name, and the item(s) that you are picking up on their behalf. If you are having someone pick up a customized jersey for you, they will be asked to provide a signature confirming the quality of the jersey that they are picking up.

What If I Do Not Pickup?

If you have not picked up after 30 days we will reach out by e-mail to re-inform you that this is available for pickup. If your order is not picked up within 60 days and you have not informed us of your intention to pick up, your order will be cancelled and you will not be issued a refund for your order.

Can I Bring in My Own Jersey to Get Customized?

In collaboration with the NHLPA, Carolina Pro Shop can customize your Hurricanes Jersey under the following parameters:

Customization with a Current Hurricanes Player:

-Jersey must be a current Hurricanes Jersey (Fanatics Breakaway/Premium/Authentic Pro); imagery of our current uniforms can be found here.
-Jersey must be either purchased through us and/or in like-new condition.

Personal Name Customization:

-Can be a past Hurricanes Jersey
-We reserve the right to reject the customization request of certain jerseys/names.

We do not offer the sale of individual nameplates/letters/numbers, nor entire kits.

How Much Does This Cost?

Standard Customization on a jersey is $90. This does include both name and numbering, along with any additional patches that you bring in at the same time.

If you are only adding a patch to your jersey, the cost of the sewn patch process is $10 + the price of the patch if you do not already own the patch you are looking to apply.

If you do not already own a jersey, but would like to purchase a jersey AND get it customized, the cost is the price of the jersey + $90 for the customization.
How Long Does This Take to Process?

These orders will typically be fulfilled within 4-6 weeks. Please understand that there may be delays due to arena events and custom jerseys can take longer at peak ordering times (October through December & during special promotions).
