Carolina Pro Shop offers a 30-day return/exchange policy to ensure you are satisfied with your order. This guarantee is only for the purchase price of the item(s) and does not include any shipping and handling fees which accompany the order.
Products must be returned in new, unworn condition, with original tags intact. Products that have been worn or laundered will not be returned. Once returned products are received in new, unworn condition, with appropriate tags and receipt, Carolina Pro Shop will credit the account originally charged within 10 business days from receipt of the return.
Exchanges and returns cannot be completed on any customized jersey order. All sales are final.

The customer is responsible for all freight charges back to Carolina Pro Shop. However, if you have received your order damaged/defective or the wrong item was shipped to you, you will be credited for shipping.
